1. paribhasha aur prakar vastu sandarbh men, kisi bhi prakar ki manav rachit rukavat ko vithishul kahte hain. “vithi” ka shabdik arth sarak, marg ya rasta hai aur “shul” ka shabdik arth tir, ban ya kanta hai. prachin samay ki apeksha adhunik yug men, visheshakar shahron men, pratyek bhukhand kisi n kisi marg ke samip hota hai. isilie ajakal vithishul adhikatar manav nirmit margon ke karan hota hai.

vishesh shubh: uttar uttara-purva (chacham) aur purva uttara-purva (mcham) -
vishesh ashubh: dadakshin-pashchim(aiaie) aur padakshin-pashchim (eaie).
3. vithishul ke shubhashubh fal uprokt varnit vithishulon ke shubhashubh fal nimn hain:
shubh vithishul aur uske fal:
1. uttara-purva (cham): yah vithishul shubh hai. bhukhand nivasi ke lie shiksha, dhan, yash evan samriddhi dayak hai. is vithishul ke hone par bhukhand svami adhik yatraen karta hai. nivasi mansik taur par santusht rahte hain aur adhyatmikta ki or pravritt hote hain.
2. purva uttara-purva : yah vithishul shubh hai. bhukhand nivasiyon ke lie shiksha, vikas, ichchapurti, sukhad vatavaran, dhan, yash aur samriddhidayak hai.
3. purva : yah vithishul shubh hai. bhukhand nivasiyon ko saflta, dhan, sukhad vatavaran, paraspar sanbandhon men madhurta, achanak labh aur samriddhi milti hai. nivasi mansik taur par bhi sukhi rahte hain.
4. dakshin dakshin-purva : yah vithishul shubh hai. bhukhand svami ki arthik sthiti majbut hoti hai, mansik sthirta rahti hai, ghar men shanti hoti hai, shiksha ke kshetra men saflta milti hai, avivahit bachchon ka shighra vivah hota hai, svasthya achcha rahta hai aur yash adi ki prapti hoti hai.
5. pashchim : yah vithishul shubh hai. bhukhand nivasi nyayochit marg se dhan arjit karte hain, man-samman barhta hai, pratiyogita evan kanuni larai men saflta milti hai, bhagya vriddhi evan yash prapti hoti hai aur jivan sukhad hota hai.
6. uttar uttara-pashchim : yah vithishul shubh hai. bhukhand nivasiyon ko sabhi sthitiyon men saflta milti hai. uttar uttara-pashchim (chache) vithishul vale bhukhand visheshtya vakil, rajneta, pulis aufisar, dharmik neta adi ke lie adhik labhdayak siddh hote hain.
7. uttar : yah vithishul shubh hai. bhukhand nivasiyon ko arthik saflta milti hai, mahilaon ko vishesh samman milta hai, larkiyon ko achchi shiksha prapt hoti hai, mansik shanti ka vatavaran rahta hai aur jivan sukhad rahta hai.
8. uttar uttara-purva : yah vithishul shubh hai. bhukhand nivasiyon ka arthik vikas hota hai, mansik shanti rahti hai, jivan sukhad rahta hai, svasthya achcha rahta hai, bachchane ko achchi shiksha milti hai aur sabhi karyon men saflta milti hai.
ashubh vithishul aur uske falah
1. purva dakshin-purva : yah vithishul ashubh hai. bhukhand nivasiyon ko dhokha milta hai, mansik vichalan barhta hai, ghar ki vivahit betiyon ke lie ashubh hai, arthik hani hoti hai, chori ho sakti hai, ag lag sakti hai, kharch evan rin barhte hain aur durghatana bhi ho sakti hai.
2.dakshin-purva : yah vithishul ashubh hai. bhukhand nivasiyon men mansik unmad barhta hai, anishchitta ki sthiti hoti hai, galat adten parti hain, sabhi karya apurn se rahte hain aur atmavishvas men kami ati hai.
3.dakshin : yah vithishul ashubh hai. bhukhand nivasiyon men asuraksha ki bhavna evan dar barhta hai, durghatana evan akasmik mrityu ho sakti hai, dhairya men kami ati hai, svasthya kharab rahta hai aur mansik vichalan barhta hai.
4. dakshin dakshin-pashchim yah vithishul ashubh hai. bhukhand svami ko arthik hani hoti hai, bhukhand nivasiyon men asuraksha evan dar ki bhavna badhti hai, ghar ki mahilaon par ashubh asar hota hai, nivasiyon men galat adten barhti hain aur jivan men har taraf se badhaen evan nirashaen ati hain.
5. dakshin-pashchim yah vithishul ashubh hai. bhukhand nivasiyon men mansik vichalan evan asthirta barhti hai, arthik hani jaisa vatavaran rahta hai, asuraksha ki bhavna barhti hai, bachchon ke lie ahitkari hota hai, nivasiyon ka svasthya kharab rahta hai aur pragti ruk si jati hai.
6. pashchim dakshin-pashchim yah vithishul ashubh hai. bhukhand ka mukhiya asvasth rahta hai, ghar men kalah rahta hai, arthik hani hoti hai, mukhiya men ghar se alag rahne ki pravritti ati hai aur mansik nirbalata barhti hai.
7. uttara-pashchim (che): yah vithishul ashubh hai. bhukhand ke nivasiyon ko atyadhik arthik hani ho sakti hai, mansik nirbalata barhti hai, durghatana ho sakti hai, jivan men sangharsh evan badhaen barhti hanai aur kanuni larai men har hone ki sanbhavna barhti hai.
8.pashchim uttara-pashchim yah vithishul ashubh hai. bhukhand ke nivasiyon ko arthik hani jhelni parti hai, koi bhi karya yojna anusar purn nahin ho pata, shatru barhte hain, rin barhte hain, galat adtane parti hain aur jivan men asthirta ati hai.
