harniya angrreji bhasha ka shabd hai॥ hindi bhasha men ise ant utrna, ya shoth kaha jata hai. 'harniya' shabd ka arth hai udar ki divar ke kotetar (keviti) se ant ka bahar niklna. ant ke atirikt sharir ke anya angon men bhi aisa ghatit ho sakta hai kyonki udar gahvar ke andar sthit ang ka kuuch ansh vishesh avastha men bahar nikal sakta hai.

chikitsa granthon men tarh-tarah se ant utrne ke bare men likha gaya hai, jinse log aksar grast ho jate hain. udar gahvar men amashay, ant adi vibhinn ang hote hain aur jo bhojan nali amashay se gurden tak jati hai, vah kai sthanon se juri hui hoti hai tatha use udar ke hi parde ka sahara rahta hai.

harniya apne apmen rog nahin hain. vah matra udar ki divar ki nirbalata hai, jiske karan svasth evan nirog ant udar ki divar ki kamjor manspeshiya men se marg pane par, niche khisak ati hai. yadi uchit samay par uchit upay kar ke udar ki divar ki un kamjor manspeshiyon ko sashakt kar dene men deri n ho, to ant utrna janleva nahin hota.

harniya kabhi bhi, kisi ko bhi ho sakta hai. chote bachchon se le kar vriddh logon tak ko aisa ho sakta hai. sharir men harniya ka sabse pramukh sthan udar hai aur iske atirikt samanyatah banne vali harniya is prakar hai :

vankshan harniya (ingyunal harniya) :

is prakar ki harniya sadharntah do karnon se hoti hai : ek to udar ki divar ki manspeshiyon ki durbalata se, ya bar-bar prasav prakriya se gujrne, kisi chot adi ke karan aur shalya chikitsa se udar ke andar davab ka ekadam atyadhik barh jane se, jaise purani khansi, kshay, dama adi, jor se khanste rahne, mal tyag men adhik jor lagane adi se ant udar divar ke kotar se sarak kar vankshani nalika men a jati hai. is prakar ka harniya prayah bari ayu valon ko hota hai.

nabhi harniya (anbilik harniya) :

nabhi harniya tin prakar ke hote hain :

1. shaishav nabhi harniya :

is prakar ki harniya men shishu ke khansne, ya jor lagane par nabhi men se ek thaili si nikal ati hai. iska pramukh lakshan yah hai ki shishu ki nabhi spasht rup se ubhri hoti hai.

2. janmajat nabhi bahya harniya :

yah shishu men janm se hi hoti hai. samay par is harniya ki shalyakriya n hone par kosh ke fatne ka dar rahta hai, jo ghatak siddh hota hai.

3. vayaskon men parnabhi harniya :

is kism ki harniya prayah adhik ayu ki moti striyon men unki nabhi ke upar ek choti thaili ke rup men shuru hoti hai. yah harniya un striyon men bhi adhik hoti hai, jo kai bar garbh dharan aur prasav prakriya se guzri hain. udar ki peti ya shalya chikitsa dvara is harniya ke kasht se chutkara mil pata hai.

aurvi harniya :

yah striyon aur purushon men saman rup se hi hoti hai. kintu purushon men yah, vankshan harniya ki apeksha, kafi kam hi hoti hai. yah harniya jor se khansne, ya jor lagane par aurvi nalika par ek ubhar ke rup men prakat ho jati hai. iska saral upay shalya chikitsa hai.

hayetas harniya :

yah harniya adhikatar gras pranali men chidra se hoti hai, jiska karan chidra ka bara akar hona hai. yah harniya madhya ayu ke vyaktiyon men, vishesh kar striyon men, adhik hoti hai. iske lakshan prayah anishchit tatha anya angon se sanbandhit pratit hote hain. lakshanahin hayetas harniya men chikitsa ki vishesh avashyakta nahin hoti.

abhyantar harniya :

yah harniya bahya rup men prakat nahin hoti, balki andar hi apratyaksh rup men paida hoti hai aur rogi ke jivan ke lie bhari jatiltaen paida karti hai. iske lakshan kabhi-kabhi antravrodh ke rup men bhi prakat hote hain, jiska shalya chikitsa se hi upchar ho pata hai.

harniya se bachav aur upchar :

harniya ka ek matra safal upchar shalyachikitsa hi hai. parantu yadi harniya ka akar chota hai aur usse hone vale kasht sahniya hain, to ant ki peti bandhne aur bhojan sanbandhi savdhaniyan rakhne tatha kuch vyayam adi se aram a jata hai. antra ki peti harniya ki vriddhi or vedna ko rokne ka ek yantrik sadhan hai. ise, jahan tak sanbhav ho sake, har samay lagae rakhna chahie. keval sote samay letne ke pashchat utar len. harniya ke rogi ko gais, kabj ki shikayat n ho, iski savdhani rakhni chahie aur mal tyag ke samay ve adhik jor n lagaen. jor se khansna, vajan uthana, teji se daurna adi bhi varjit hain, rogi ki sthiti ko maddenajar rakhte hue anshik upvas karaen, ya 5-7 din tak rogi ko rasahar, ya falahar dena chahie. bad men rogi ko dhire-dhire thos ahar par laen aur salad, ubli sabjiyan, fal adi, mausmanusar, sevan karaen.

jyotishiya karan :

jyotish ke anusar kal purush ki kundli men ant ka sanbandh shashth bhav aur kanya rashi se hai. kanya rashi ka svami budh hota hai aur shashth bhav ka karak grah mangal hota hai. islie shashth bhav, shashthesh, shashthakarak mangal, budh, lagna-lagnesh jab dushprabhavon men rahte hain, to anton se sanbandhit rog hote hain, jinmen harniya rog bhi shamil hai. sharir men harniya udar ke upri bhag se le kar udar ke nichle bhag tak kahin bhi ho sakti hai. kal purush ki kundli men pancham aur saptam bhav bhi shamil hain. islie in bhavon ke svami aur karak grahon ka nirbal hona udar men us sthan ko darshate hain, jis bhag men harniya hoti hai. harniya rog ant ke udar ki divar ke kotar se bahar niklne se hota hai, jise ant ka utrna bhi kahte hain. udar ki divar ki nirbalata ke karan ant apne sthan (kotr) se bahar nikal kar niche ki taraf utar jati hai. aisa uparyukt bhav, rashi evan grahon ke dushprabhav aur nirbalata ke karan hota hai. jab in grahon ki dasha-anrtadasha rahti hai aur sanbandhit grah ka gochar viprit rahta hai, to harniya, arthat 'ant ka utrna' rog hota hai.

vibhinn lagnon men harniya rog ke jyotishiya karan :

mesh lagn : mangal shashth bhav men shani se drisht ya yukt ho, budh, shukra sapt bhav men hon aur rahu se drisht hon, surya ashtam bhav men rahe, to harniya rog nabhi ke nichle bhag men hota hai.

vrish lagn : shukra ashtam bhav men ho, guru shashth bhav men ketu se yukt ho, mangal dvadash bhav men ho, budh surya se ast ho kar pancham bhav men ho, to harniya ke karan udar ki shalyachikitsa hoti hai.

mithun lagn : budh ashtam bhav men ketu se yukt, ya drisht, guru shashth bhav men ast, surya saptam bhav men, mangal ekadash, dvadash ya lagn men sthit ho, to ant utrne ka rog hota hai.

kark lagn : budh lagn men, surya dvadash bhav men, chandra shashth, ya ashtam bhav men ketu se yukt ya drisht ho, mangal ashtam bhav men shani ke prabhav men ho, to ant utar kar and kosh men ghus jane se yah rog hota hai.

sinh lagn : surya lagnesh pancham bhav men ho, budh shashth bhav men shani se drisht, ya yukt ho, shukra saptam bhav men ketu se yukt ho, mangal bhi saptam bhav men shatbhisha nakshatra m en ha,e ta e jatak ki nabhi k e kachu niche harniya ho jata hai.

kanya lagn : lagnesh aur shashthesh donon saptam bhav men hon aur mangal ekadash bhav men, guru dasham, ya shashth bhav men, ketu shashth bhav men ho, to jatak ko nabhi harniya hota hai. nabhi ke pas pet fula rahta hai, jiski bad men shalyachikitsa karvani parti hai.

tula lagn : lagnesh sapt bhav, ya shashth bhav men ho, mangal lagn men ho, guru shashth bhav men budh se yukt ho, ketu saptam bhav (bharni nakshatra) men ho, to jatak ko harniya rog hota hai, jisse jatak ki mrityu bhi ho sakti hai.

vrishchik lagn : lagn ka uday anuradha nakshatra men ho, mangal shashth bhav men bharni nakshatra men rahe aur guru se yukt ho, budh lagn men uday rahe, shukra surya se ast rahe, to kai bar pet men chot lagne ke karan jatak ke udar ki divaron men nirbalata a jati hai, jisse jatak ko harniya jaise rog ka shikar hona parta hai.

dhanu lagn : shukra saptam bhav men rahu ya ketu se yukt, ya drisht ho, budh ashtam men, shani shashth bhav men mangal se yukt ho, lagnesh asht bhav men surya se ast ho, to jatak vankshan harniya hone se taklif pata hai.

makar lagn : guru lagn men, budh, ketu se yukt shashth bhav men, shani ashtam bhav men bal avastha men surya se ast ho, mangal dvadash bhav men ho, to jatak ko harniya hota hai.

kunbh lagn : lagnesh shashth bhav men guru se yukt ho, budh saptam bhav men ketu se yukt, ya drisht ho, shukra ashtam bhav men surya se ast ho aur lagn par mangal ki drishti hone se harniya rog hone ki sanbhavna rahti hai.

min lagn : shani aur shukra shashth bhav men yuti bana rahe hon aur rahu-ketu ke dushprabhav men hon, mangal dvadash ya lagn bhav men ho, budh-chandra pancham bhav men hone se harniya rog hota hai.
