aise log fir dobara bhavishya men koi shubh karya karte vakt shubh muhurt dekhne ki cheshta avashya karne lag jate hain. jyotish ka muhurt khand, vibhinn samyavdhi men jatkon ke dvara aranbh kiye gaye karyon ke shubhashubh parinamon ka digdarshan karata hai. atah muhurt sanbandhi tathyon ki jankari hasil karne ke liye panchang avlokan karna ati avashyak ho jata hai jiske adhar par kis din, kaun si tithi, nakshatra, yog, karnadi kitne baje se kitne baje tak hain, is bat ki jankari prapt ho jati hai. inhen jan lene ke uprant muhurt ki ganna ki ja sakti hai. tithiyan : 1, 6, 11 tithiyon ko nanda kahte hain. 2, 7, 12 ko bhadra, 3, 8, 13 ko jaya 4,9, 14 ko rikta aur 5, 10, 15 ko purna tithiyan kahte hain. nanda shukravar ko, bhadra budhvar ko, jaya manglvar ko, rikta shanivar ko shubh fal tatha vijay dilane vali hoti hai. isi tarah purna tithiyan guruvar ko purnarupen siddhiprad mani jati hain.

karan : tithi ke adhe bhag ko karan kahte hain. karan gyarah hote hain. muhurt ki drishti se in sabka shubhashubh fal nimnanusar hota hai. ''bav'' karan men prasthan karna, gram-nagar adi men pravesh karna shubh hota hai. ''balv'' karan men vipra jati ke yagya vivahadi, churakarm, yagyaopvit jaise karya shubh hote hain. shesh tin varnon ke liye yah karan nishiddh rahta hai. ''taitil'' karan men sundar abhushnon ka nirman evan rajadvar sanbandhi karya shubh hote hain. ''kaulv'' karan mitrata sanbandhi karyon ke liye prasiddhi evan saflta dene vala hota hai. 'gar' karan men griharanbh, grihapravesh, vastukarm, pashupalan, pashuon ka kray-vikray shubh hota hai. ''vanij'' karan vyavsayiyon ko vyapar aranbh karne ke liye shubh tatha vikretaon ko labhaprad hota hai. ''vishti'' karan ko bhadra kahte hain. ismen n to svayan koi shubh karya karen aur aur n hi kisi dusron se karvayen. vishti ke lagte hi karyaranbh karne se arthahani hoti hai, vishti ke aranbh ho chukne par karyaranbh kiye jane par karyanash hota hai.

vishti ke madhyakal men karyaranbh kiya jayega to jivan ki hani hogi yani yajman ko yamraj ka bulava a sakta hai. kintu vishti ke ant men jo bhi shubh karya aranbh kiya jayega usmen avashyamev siddhi aur vijay milegi. vishti ki antim tin ghari shubh hoti hain. ''shakuni'' namak karan jab krishn paksh ki chaturdashi ko ho, us ratri men shurvir yoddhaon evan dushmanon ko bhag jane ke liye prerit karna, aushdhiyan grahan karna, koi vastu dharan karna, pakshiyon ko palna aur yuddh sanbandhi sabhi karya karna shreyaskar hota hai. ''chatushpada'' namak karan yadi amavasya ko din ke samay ho to tantrashastravetta tantrik vidhi se apne shatrunash ke liye ise upyogi mante hain, aisa ullekh milta hai.

chatushpad namak karan men chatushpadon (chaupayon ya pashuon) se sanbandhit har prakar ke karya karna hitkari hota hai. yadi shraddh yani tarpanadi jaldan ke sabhi karya is karan men kiye jayen to jyada punya milta hai. ''nag'' karan ke devta sarp hote hain. garuri vidya janne valon ke liye yah karan saflibhut ho sakta hai. lekin jan sadharan ke liye yah ashubh hi hai. ismen koi bhi shubh karya talna chahiye. ''kaustubha''karan ko kinstughn nam se pukarte hain. iski mahatta vaishvadev namak shubh yogo se bahut barh jati hai. shukla paksh ki pahli tithi pratipda ko jab din ke samay kaustubh yani kinstughn karan ho tab yah yog banta hai jo sabhi prakar ke shubh karyon ko karne ke liye sarvottam mana jata hai.

dushkar se bhi dushkar karya is karn/shubh yog men shighra safal hote hain. var : adityah somo bhaumashch tatha budh brihaspatiah. bhargavah shanaishcharashchaiv ete saptadinadhipah॥ surya, chandra, bhaum, budh, buhaspati, shukra aur shani ye kramshah ravivar adi dinon ke svami hain. muhurt ke adhar par saptavaron men kaun-kaun se vishisht shubh karya karna chahie jo labhdayak evam siddhidayak hon. sankshipt rup men unka vivaran nimnalikhit hai. ravivar : dinon ka raja surya hai. yadi praja apne raja ke darshan ki ichchuk ho to use apne rakshaka/ palak priyaraja ke darshan ravivar ko karna chahie. havnadi se sanbandhit karya ravivar ko karna shubh hota hai.

somvar : ubatan lagana, shringar ki vastuen kharidna aur unka prayog aranbh karna, falon ka ras-pan ya madhur rason ka pan karna (ras pina) madhupan, bij-vapan, vriksharopan adi karya shubh hota hai. manglvar : bhed niti ke karya, senapti ka pad-grahan athva sena men padagrahan karna, vyayam, shastrabhyas aranbh karne ke liye manglvar ka din shubh hai. budhvar : kanya ke vivah adi ko tay karne ki svikarokti budhvar ko shubh mani gai hai. koi kabhi apna suhrid raha ho aur ab dushman ban gaya ho yadi usse sandhi karna ho to prayas budhvar se aranbh karen. yadi ruthe ko manana ho to budhvar ko manaven, shubh fal ki prapti hogi.

navin vastra dharan bhi shubh hota hai. guruvar : adhyayan, adhyapan ke karya ka shubharanbh, devta ki aradhna aranbh karna, sadhu-mahatma evan gurujnon se diksha grahan karna, sundar vastrabhushnon ka kharidna, krishi karya ka praranbh karna guruvar ko prashast mana gaya hain. nav vastrabhushan bhi shubh hota hai. shukravar : kanyadan, pratham bar (pahle-pahl) ashvarohan, gajarohan karna, ghore v hathi ka kray-vikray, navin paridhan dharan karna, gayn-vadan, nrityarambh karna shubh. shanivar : nagar, gram, pur men basna, khanbhe garna, grihapravesh karna, shanivar ko shubh faldayak hota hai. kisi chij ki sthapna karna, hathi lena bhi shanivar ko shubh hota hai .

yatra muhurt men tithiyon ka vichar prathma tithi ko pratipda, ekam athva pariva ya parva ke nam se bhi pukarte hai. ismen buddhiman/dhairyavan manushyon ko kisi bhi rup men kabhi bhi yatra nahin karni chahiye. dvitiya tithi yani doj ke din yatra karna shubh hota hai. karya ka safal hona janen. tritiya (tij) tithi men yatra karna kalyankarak hota hai. nirogta ka labh hota hai. chaturthi ki yatra mrityubhykarak hoti hai - ''chaturthi marnadbhayam''॥ panchmi ke din yatra karna sarvaprakaren siddhiprad hota hai, vijay prapti hoti hai. shashthi tithi ke din yani chath ke din ki yatra haniprad hoti hai. ''shashthitvan n labhay'' saptami ke din yatra karna yani shubh ki bidai aur ashubh ko nyauta dene ke saman hai. apvad svarup dharmik yatra ki ja sakti hai. ashtami ke din yatra karne vala svayan rogagrast ho sakta hai, ''yatra rogotpadk''.

navmi ke din yatra karne vale ka man lautakar ane ka nahin hota, ''yatra men adanga'' par jata hai. dashmi ki yatra raja ko bhumi ka labh karati hai, anyon ko bhumi labh sadrish sukh ki prapti hoti hai. ekadshi ki yatra sadaiv shubh hoti hai. ''ekadshi tu sarvatra prashasta sarva karmasu''. shreshth fal milta hai. dvadshi ki yatra dhanhani karane vali hoti hai- ''dvadshitvarthanashay''. trayodshi ki yatra sulah, samjhauta ya sandhi-karya hetu shubh mani gai hai. chaturdashi ki yatra chalit-karyon men arthat char karyon men saflta deti hain. kautuhal purn karyon ke prayog adi ko karne ke uddeshya se ki jane vali yatraen chaturdashi ko siddhi pradan karti hain, jaise koi kalabaj, bajigar, ya natvidya men pravin koi natberiya sva-sthan se prasthan kar sthan-sthan par bhraman karte huye jagah jagah par, apne sharir ko vichitra dhangon se evan kai tarah se mor-tor, sikorakar apne kalakaushal se adbhut pradarshan kar logon ko mantramugdh karta hua age barhta jave to unhen chaturdashi tithi ko yatra siddhi pradan karne vali sabit hogi.

samanya rup se jan sadharan ke liye chaturdashi ke din yatra karna purnarupen varjit rahta hai jiska karan is lekh ki antim kandika ko parhne se spasht ho jayega. muhurta-vishayak uprokt vivaran krishn paksh aur shukla paksh arthat donon pakshon ki pratipda tithi se chaturdashi tithi tak ke liye saman rup se lagu hota hai. amavasya tithi ke din bhi yatra karna varjit hai- ''amavasyan n yatra kuryat''. purnima tithi ko din men kabhi bhi, kisi bhi karya se athva kisi bhi uddeshya se yatra nahin karni chahiye kyonki purnamasi ko din men yatra karna karya ki asiddhi ka dyotak hai. shashvatta, shitlta, shanti aur shubhgta pradan karne vali purnamasi ki ratrikalin yatra ko shirodharya karna chahiye. pratidin yatra karne valon ko muhurt dekhne ki avashyakta nahin.

jyotish vigyan ne shashthi, ashtami, navmi aur chaturthi tithiyon ko pratyek paksh ke chidra mana hai, aur chaturdashi to shubh yog/ nakshatra adi se paripurn ya yukt hone par bhi sarvatha nishiddh hoti hai. is karan se inmen sarva shubh-karya, yatradi varjit hain. kaha bhi gaya hai- shadashtau nav chatvari paksh chidrani varjayet. sapi nakshatrasampannan varjayettu chaturdashim॥
