vivah se purva jivnsathi ke vishay men anekanek
prashn mastishk ko alorit karte hanai. is sandarbha
men jyotish ki bhumika atyant prakhar hai. bhartiya vishvason
ke anusar sukhi aur samriddh dampatya ke lie vidhivat
var-vadhu chayan (melapk) avashyak hai. janmangon ke samuchit
vivechan se jivnsathi, dampatya sanpannata, upalabdhiyan,
sanghtn-vighatan adi tathyon ka pramanik udghatan hota
hain. is prasang men prayah do prashn (jigyasayen) mukhar hainah

vidhi ke abhav mane hua hai, yadi ve sukhi, santusht, sampanna
tatha sangthit hain to kya karan hai?

yah adhyayan inhin jigyasaon ka samadhan talash karne
ka ek chota sa prayas hai. iske atirikt ek manyata
jyotish men hai ki ‘kuj dosh’ se prabhavit jatak ka vivah
‘kuj dosh’ se prabhavit jatika se hi karna chahie. is
manyata ke chalte asankhya sundar, sushikshit evan svasth var
v kanyaon ke vivah men ‘kuj dosh’ ek virodh ya vilamba
utpann kar raha hai.
janmang men mangal ke lagnasth, dvitiyasth, chaturthasth,
saptamasth, ashtamasth athva dvadashasth hone par mangal dosh
parignit hota hai.1

mangal kisi bhi shubh grah ki drishti se ya yog se rahit ho
to is yog men utpanna stri patihantri hoti hai. is yog men
keval mangal ki bhavasthiti ka hi vichar kiya hai. (‘shlok
47’) jis yog men utpann kanya pati ka hanan karti hai,
usi yog men utpann purush bhi patni ka hanan karta hai.
pati-hantri kanya ka patni-hanta purush ke sath vivah hone
se vaidhavya yog nasht ho jata hai.sh(shlok 48-49)
‘lagne vyaye sukhe vapi saptame v ashtame kuje.
shubhdrigyoge hine ch patin hanti n sanshyah ..
yasmin yoge samutpanna pati hanti kumarika.
tasmin yoge samutpanna patnin hanti naropi ch ..
stri hanta parinita chet pati hantri kumarika.
tada vaidhavyayogasya bhango bhavti nishchayat ..2

uprokt donon shlakon men dhan bhav v lagn bhav ka antara
hai. mantreshvar ke anusar saptam bhavagat mangal patni ki
mrityu deta hai. (mrit darvan) 5
shukra yadi mangal ke varg men ho athva mangal se drisht ho to
vyakti ke patni ke atirikt kisi anya stri se sambandha
hote hain (shukre va kujamandavargasahite drishte parastrirtah).6
dhundhiraj ke anusar saptam bhav men mangal ho to purush
strihin hota hai (mahisute saptamabhavyate kantaviyuktah).7
varahmihir ke anusar stri ki kundali men lagn se ashtama
bhavagat mangal grah se vaidhavya hota hai athva jis stri ke
dvitiya bhav men mangal grah hota hai vah stri pati ki jivit
avastha men mrityu prapt karti hai (krureashtame vidhvta nidh
aneshvaronasheddhe.8
jatakatatvakar dvadash bhav men mangal hone
se jatak ki do patniyan hone ka samarthan karte hain (vyaye
kuje kalatrantarabhagi).9
jatakatatvakar mahesh pathak to
ashtamesh yadi ashtam bhav men ho to kuj dosh svikar karte
hain (ashtameshe ashtame stri jarini).10
dae॰ raman ke anusar saptamadhipti tatha shani ki sah
sansthiti par mangal ki drishti vaidhavyakarak hoti hai.
mukund vallabh mishra ke anusar satven bhav men mangl
ki sthiti do patniyan deti hai.11 narad sanhita ke anusar
vivah lagn ke samay mangal ashtam bhav men ho to us
lagn ka parityag karna chahie (kujashtame mahadosho
lagnadashtamage kuje).12
mukhyatah kuj dosh ke lie lagn, dvadash, chaturth, saptama
tatha ashtam sthanon men kuj dosh ki sthiti ko hi svikar
kiya hai. ek anveshak kisi prakar ke sidvanton ko
svikar nahin karta aur n hi apne dvara anveshit
sidvanton ko sthapit karta hai balki vah age ki shodh
ke lie prerna srot hota hai.

dampatya jivan sukhad nahin hai. donon ka ya to talak ho
gaya hai ya alg-alag rah rahe hain. is varg men 42 men se
6 dampattiyon ki janmakundliyan mili hain.
3. tritiya varg men un dampattiyon ki janmakundliyan
sammilit hain jo donon hi manglik hain aur unka
jivan sukhad hai. is varg men 42 men se 12 dampattiyon ki
janmakundliyan mili hain.
4. chaturth varg men un dampattiyon ki janmakundaliyan hain jo
donon hi manglik hain tatha unka dampatya jivan sukhd
nahin hai aur unka talak ho gaya hai. is varg men 42 men
se 5 dampattiyon ki janmakundliyan mili hain.
iske atirikt 120 aise jatkon ki janmakundaliyon
men mangal ki bhavagat sthiti ka avlokan kiya gaya
jinka dampatya jivan duahkhad raha tatha unka dampatya
jivan samapt ho gaya. inmen kuch kundaliyan aise
jatkon ki bhi hain jinhanene ek se adhik vivah kiya
tatha uske pashchat bhi unka dampatya jivan sukhad nahin

ki sthiti das hoti hai. navam bhav men mangal ki sthiti
sarvadhik hai jo ausat se do guna hai tatha dvitiya bhav
men mangal ki sthiti ausat se adhe se bhi kam hai. is
adhyayan ka jo nishkarsh hai vah is prakar hai ki mangl
ke pratham, chaturth, saptam, ashtam v dvadash men sthit hone
ke atirikt dampatya jivan ko duahkhamay hone ke kuch
aur bhi jyotishiya karan ho sakte hanai. is adhyayan se
is bat ka nirnay bhi nahin kiya ja sakta ki yadi
kuj dosh pirit jatak v jatika agar vivah karte hain
to unka jivan sukhamay rahega ya duahkhamay.
