û pratyek dipavli ki ratri ko iske vidhivat pujan se ghar men varsh bhar kisi prakar ki kami nahin hoti.

û is par dhyan lagane se, mansik kshamata ki vriddhi hoti hai.

û is par dhyan kundlini jagaran men sahayak mana gaya hai.

û vividh vastu doshon ke nivaran ka shreshthatam upay.

shriyantra ki rachna: jis prakar mantra devta ki atma hai, isi prakar yantra devta ka sharir hai. shriyantra ko banane ki riti nimn stotra men batai gai hai- bindu-trikon-vasukondsharyugm mantrastranagdldshobhitoshdsharam. vriÿatrayan ch dharnisadanatrayan ch shrichakra metduditan par devtayaah.. arthat bindu, trikon, ashtakon, antardashar, bahirdashar, chaturdash dal, asht dal, shodash dal, vriÿatray, chatadrvaryukt bhupur-yahi navavaran yukt shriyantra ka svarup hai. sanpurn brahmand ek jyamitiya pratirup hai. sabhi praniyon ka sharir bhi isi jyamitiya pratirup men bana hua hai. isi karan rishiyon ne ‘‘yat pinde tat brahmande’’ ka sutra diya. isi vajah se hamara sharir, vatavaran aur sanpurn brahmand samakramik rup se chalta hai. yantra isi jyamitiya pratirup ka avirbhav hai. yantra ka mul ek akriti hai jo ek vishesh urja se spandan karti hai. jab man aur mastishk us yantra par ekagra ho jate hain tab ham bhi us yantra se sanbandhit urja se spandan karne lagte hain jisse ham brahmand ki urja se jur jate hain.

atah yantra keval ek dvar ya kunji karte hain. shriyantra sanpurn brahmand ki urja, samast tatvon aur tanmatra jinse tatva bane hain- inki urja samae hue hai. islie shriyantra brahmand tatha manav jivan ka karya ke rahasya janne ka ati uÿam srot hai. bindu: shriyantra ke kendra men bindu kendrit urja ka pratinidhi hai. bindu pratik rup men shri tripursundri ka vas hai.

trikon: trikon daivi shakti ka svarup hai. shakti hi srishti nirman karti hai. udhrvamukhi trikon yoni ka pratik hai (jal tatva). ise shakti kon bhi kahte hain. jal ki prakriti sabse niche jakar patra ki akriti dharan karna hai. adhomukhi trikon agni tatva ka pratik hai kyonki agni sadaiv adhomukh hoti hai. ise shiv kon bhi kahte hain. shiv ke char trikon aur shakti ke panach trikonon ke milne par taintalis konon vala tatha asht dal, shodash dal, vritatray evan bhupur ke sath shriyantra banta hai. in trikonon ke milne par urja sahastra guna ho jati hai. inke bich jo khali jagah hoti hai vah shakti ke lie sanchalan ka kshetra hai. islie yahan mantron kea likha jata hai.

chakra: nav trikon vritt ke andar nirmit hai. vritt akash tatva ka pratik hai jahan shiv aur shakti (trikon rup) ke milne se srishti ki rachna hoti hai.

padma: vritt ke bahar pahle asht dal kamal hanai jo asht siddhiyon ka pratik hai. punah vritt brahm ka pratik hai. padm men koi dosh nahin hota. yah bahya prabhav se mukti aur svayan ki shakti ka pratik hai. iske bad shodash dal kamal hai jo jivan ki sanpurnata mane jane vale shodash kalaon ka pratik hai. iske bahar char dvaron se yukt avaran bhupur hai.

bhupur: bhupur yantra ki bahya sima hai jo yantra ki shaktiyon aur urja ki hani rokta hai. yah prithvi tatva ka pratik hai. prithvi tatva men hi urja prakat hoti hai. shriyantra aradhna do prakar se hoti hai. srishtikram men bindu se aranbh kar bhupur tak pujan kiya jata hai. sanhar kram men bhupur se aranbh kar bindu tak pujan kiya jata hai. vibhinn sanpraday in donon men se kisi ek kram se pujan karte hain. shriyantra ka pujan kundlini jagaran ke lie kisi yogya guru ke sannidhya men hi karna chahie. is prakar dekha jae to yantra keval ek sadhan hai jo sharirik aur mansik svasthya banane men sahayak hai. jab jap, dhyan se iski pran pratishtha ki jati hai tab yah brahmand ki urja se hamen jorne tatha adhyatmik unnati ka karya karta hai. kyonki shriyantra bahut hi shaktishali urja ka srot hai, islie yah bhautik evan adhyatmik donon padon ke vikas men ati sahayak hai. shri yantra aur kundlini jagaran shriyantra sadhna vastav men kundlini jagaran ka tarika hai. hamare sharir men urja ke sat mukhya chakra batae gaye hain- sahastrar, agya, vishuddhi, anahat, manipur, svadhishthan aur muladhar. kundlini muladhar men sarhe tin fere men apne ap ko lapete hue punch ko mukh se pakre hue hai. jab kundlini shakti muladhar se chalakar shatchakron ka bhedan karti hui sahastrar men shiv ke sath milan karti hai to yah avastha yogi ke lie param shakti dene vali hai.

kundlini yog ke do kram hain-

û arohi kram: jab kundlini muladhar se chalakar svadhishthan adi chakron ko bhedti hui sahastrar tak pahunchti hai, use aroh kram ya sanhar kram kahte hain.

û avroh kram: jab kundlini sahastrar men shiv ka tadamya prapt karne ke bad agya adi chakrane se hoti hui muladhar men pahunchti hai, use avroh kram ya srishti kram kahte hain.
