(18/33-35) men varnit hai ki ’’jo purush, gauan ki seva aur sab prakar se unka anugaman karta hai us par santusht hokar gauen use atyant durlabh var pradan karti hain . gauon ke sath man se bhi droh n karen, unhe sada sukh pahunchayen, unka yathochit satkar karen aur namaskar adi ke dvara unka pujan karte rahan . jo manushya jitendriya aur prasannachitt hokar nitya gauan ki seva karta hai, vah samriddhi ka bhagi hota hai.
1. jyotish men gau mahima
(i)- jyotish men godhuli ka samay vivah ke liye sarvottam mana jata hai.
(ii) yadi yatra ke prarambh men gay samne pad jaye athva bachde ko dudh pilati hui samne dikh jaye to yatra safal ho jati hai.
(iii) janmapatri men yadi shukra apni nich rashi kanya par ho, shukra ki dasha chal rahi ho ya shukra ashubh bhav ( 6, 8, 12 ) man sthit ho to apne pratahkal ke bhojan men se ek roti safed rang ki deshi gay ko 43 din tak lagatar khilane se shukra ka nichatva evan shukra sanbanghit kudosh svatah hi samapt ho jate hain. shukra ki mahadsha 20 varsh ki hoti hai atah hamesha bhi roti den to shubh fal prapt hota hai .
(iv) gau ko roti dene se janmapatri men pitridosh ho to hamesha ke liye samapt ho jata hai. pratidin athva pitri amavasya ko gay ko gud, chara, roti adi dene se is dosh se mukti mil jati hai .
2. gop ashtami se abhisht siddhi aur saubhagya vriddhi - is ashtami ka ullekh ’’ nirnayamrit ’’ evan ’’ kurmapuran ’’ man hai. kartik shukla ashtami ko pratah kal ke samay gauan ko snan karayen. gandh pushpadi se pujan karen tatha anek prakar ke vastralankar se anlkrit karke unke gopalan (gvalon) ka pujan karen . gayon ko gau gras dekar unki parikrama karan aur thodi dur tak unke sath jayan to sab prakar ki abhisht siddhi hoti hai. isi gopashtami ko sayan kal ke samay jab gayen charakar vapas ayen us samay bhi unka atithya abhivadan karen, kuch bhojan karayen aur unki charanaraj ko mastak par dharan kar lalat par lagayen to saubhagya ki vriddhi hoti hai.
3. gay ke sing men brahma vishnu mahesh:- ’’bhavishya puran’’ men kaha gaya hai ki shringmule gavan nityan brahma vishnushch sansthitau . shranragragre sarva tirthani sthavrani charani ch.. shivo maghye mahadevah sarvakaran karanam. lalate sansthita gauri nashavanshe ch shanmukhah.. gauan ke sing ki jad men sada brahma aur vishnu pratishthit han . sing ke agra bhag me charachar samast tirth pratishthit han. sabhi karnane ke karan svarup mahadev shiv singon ke maghya me pratishthit hain. gau ke lalat men gauri tatha nasika ke asti bhag me bhagvan kartikey pratishthit hain.
4. tirthon ka nivas:- 68 karod tirth evan 33 karod devi-devtaan ka chalta -firta vigrah gay hi hai .
5. gau seva se godan ka fal ’’brihatparashar smriti ’’ ghoshna karti hai ki ’’ gay ki pith par hath fer diya, badhiya se usko khujora kar diya, usko makkhi -machchar se bachane ke liye apne goshala me dhuan kar diya, to nitya aisa karne vale ko kapila gay ke barabar punya prapt hota hai. godan karne vala to jivan men godan hi karega lekin nishkam bhav se go seva karne vala nitya godan ka punya pata hai .
6. gayon ke jal pine men vighn dalna mahapap:- gokulasya trishartasay jalarthe vasudhadhip utpadyti yovighnan tan vidyad brahmadhatinam .. rajan ! jo pyas se vyakul gayon ko jal pine men vighn dalta hai, use brahmahatyara samjhna chahiye. mahabharat men varnit
7. moksh prapti ka sadhan gay -mrityu katu satya hai ’garud puran’ ghoshna karta hai ki vaitrni nadi par karne ka ek matra sadhan gay hi hai .
8. santan (putra) prapti:- gay ke dudh se banaye jane vale padarthon jaise mava, dahi, chach man viryavardhak evan pushtivardhak padarth hote hain jo shighra santan ki ichcha rakhne valan ke liye atyant labhkari siddh hote hain. ’’vrat parichay ’’ne gay ke pujan se iska satik upay bataya hai. kisi saubhagyavti stri ko putra n hota ho to vah kartik, margashirsh ya baishakh shukla paksh man pahle guruvar ko gau pujan prarambh karen. pratah kal nitya kritya se nivritt hokar apni ya parai kisi bhi gau ko makan ke prangan men purvabhimukh khadi karke svayan uttarabhimukh hokar shuddh jal se uski charan vandna karen. fir uske lalat ko dhokar madhya man roli ka tika lagayen aur akshat chadhayen fir karabaddh natamastak hokar prarthana karan ki ’’he mata! mjhe putra pradan kar.’’ is prakar varsh bhar karna chahiye .
9. gayon ke kirtan evan shravan se papon ka nash:- kirtanan shravnan danan darshanan chapi parthiv. gavan prashasyate vir sarvapaphran shivam .. mahabharat men varnit vir naresh ! gayan ke nam aur gunon ka kirtan tatha shravan karna, gayan ka dan dena aur unka darshan karna bahut prashansniya samjha jata hai aur inse sampurn papon ka nash tatha param kalyan ki prapti hoti hai.
10. gau dudh par vaigyanik shodh
(i) man ke dudh ke samakaksha: gay ke dudh par vaigyanikon ne anek shodh kiye hain. pro en. en. godkele ke anusar gay ke dudh men sabhi mahatvapurn tatva jaise albuminaid , vasa , lavan, tatha karbohaideªt to hai hi sath hi samast vitamin bhi upalabgh hain. anek shodh ke pashchat yah bhi paya gaya hai ki gay ke dudh men 8 pratishat protin, 0.7 pratishat khanij v vitamin e,bi,si,di v i prachur matra man vidyaman hai, jo garbhavati mahilaon v bachchon ke liye atyant upyogi hota hai. dudh men kailori 65 pratishat , protin 3.3 pratishat , vasa 4.1 pratishat hoti hai , jo man ke dugh ke lagabhag samakaksh hai .
(ii) omega 3 se bharpur:- vaigyanik anusandhan ke bad yah siddh ho chuka hai ki omega 3 keval gay ke dudh men hi sabse aghik matra mane paya jata hai. ahar men omega 3 se di.ech.e., badhta hai. i.ef.e., man do tatva omega 3 aur omega 6 bataye jate hain . mastishk ka santulan isi tatva se banta hai . videshi vaigyanik iske kaipsul banakar dava ke rup men ise bechakar arbon kharban rupye ka vyapar kar rahe hain .
(iii) asadhya bimariyon ki samapti:- gay ke dudh men ’stontiyan ’ namak aisa padarth bhi hota hai jo anuvikiran pratirodhak hota hai. yah asadhya bimariyon ko sharir par akraman karne se rokne ka karya bhi karta hai. yah roganuon se ladne ki kshamata ko badhata hai jisse rog ka prabhav kshin ho jata hai .
(iv) ti.bi. aur kainsar se mukti gay ke dudh men ech.di.ji. ai protin hone ke falasvarup rakt ki shiraon men kainsar pravesh nahin kar sakta. ayurved ke anusar kshay (tibi) rogi ko gay ka dudh pilane se is rog se mukti milti hai .
(v) hart ataik ki samapti intaraneshanal kardiyolaji ke aghyaksh da. shantilal shah ne kaha hai ki bhans ke dudh me loganchen fait hota hai, jo nasan me jam jata hai . bhari padi nasen hart men jam jane ke falasvarup hartaataik ki sambhavna aghik ho jati hai isliye haday rogiyon ke liye gay ka dudh hi sarvottam hai .
(vi) chalta firta aspatal hai gay amerika ke krishi vibhag man prakashit pustak ’’ d kau vandaraful leboretri ’’ man gau ko ashcharya janak rasaynshala ghoshit kiya hai , jo samast bimariyon ke lie ek chalta- firta aspatal hai . iske dudh se har bimari ka upchar sanbhav hai .
(vii) gay ka dudh bachaega ech.ai.vi (edsa) se:- melabarn - asteªliya man hue adhyayan men dava kiya gaya hai ki gay ke dudh ko asani se aisi krim men badla ja sakta hai jo insan ko ech.aivi. se bacha sakta hai. melabarn vishva vidyalay ke vaigyanik kamrki ne paya ki jab garbhavati gayon ko ech.ai.vi. protin ka injekshan diya gaya to usne uchchastariya rog pratirodhak kshamata vala dudh diya, jo navjat bachde ko bimari se bachata hai. yojna dudh ko krim men badlne se pahle uske prabhav, suraksha ka parikshan karna hai. yah krim purushon se yaun sanbangh ke dauran eds vayaras se bacha sakti hai .
11. bauddhik vikas se bharpur
(i) harn bajane par gay ek bar man hat jati hai jabki bhains 3 bar man bhi nahin hatti .
(ii) janm lene par gay ka bachda gend ki tarah uchlta hai jabki bhains ka pada rengta hai .
(iii) 50 gayan ko ek sath khadi kar kisi ek gay ke bachde ko chod diya jaye to vah daudakar apni man ke pas hi pahunchta hai jabki bhans ke pade ko uski man ke pas lekar jana padta hai . rigved (8/ 101/ 15 ) men ullikhit hai ’’ gay rudran ki mata, vasuon ki putri ,aditi putron ki bahan aur ghritrup amrit ka khajana hai. atah pratyek vicharshil purush is nirpradh jiv ka vadh n kare.’
