bhagvan kahte hain ki mera (krishna) nam smaran karte-karte pranon ka tyag karne vala mujhmen hi (krishna) samahit ho jata hai. ismen kisi bhi prakar ka sanshay nahin hai. madbhav arthat divya svabhav ki prapti. smaran shabd se hi krishn bhavnamrit ka sopan hota hai arthat ‘smarana’ us ashuddh jiv se nahin ho sakta. iske atirikt bhagavan updesh dete huye kahte hain ki ant samay men manushya jis-jis bhav ka smaran karega vah us bhav ko nishchat hi prapt karega. yahi vidhi ka vidhan hai. yahan shrikrishn ji ne kaha hai ki yah avashyak nahin ki mujhe smaran karne vala mujhko hi prapt n ho, apitu uski bhavna bhi mujhmen yadi hogi to vah is jivan rupi bandhan se hamesha-hamesha mukt ho jayega. is prakar apka agla jivan bhi siddh ho jayega. iske atirikt bhagvan kahte hain ki jo manushya apne pran ko yog shakti se bhauhon ke madhya sthir kar leta hua parmeshvar smaran men lagata hai vah bhi nishchit rupen mujhe prapt kar leta hai arthat yog ka jivan men bahut mahatva hai.
yog ka adhyatm se nir-kshir sanbandh hai kyonki man ko vichlit hone se rokne ke lie yog atyavashyak hai tatha adhyatm param siddhi ke lie atyavashyak hai. yadaksharan vedvido vadanti vishanti yadyatyo vitragaah.. yadichchanno brahmacharya charanti tatte padan sangrahen pravakshyai.. vedon ko janne vale, onkar ka uchcharan karne vale jo vilakshan sannyasi hain ve brahm men pravesh karte hain. aisi siddhi ki ichcha karne vale brahmacharya vrat ka abhyas karte hain. ab main tumhen vah vidhi bataunga jisse koi bhi vyaktigat mukti-labh kar sakta hai. samast aindriya kriyaon se virakti ko yog ki sthiti (yog dharna) kaha jata hai. indriyon ke samast dvaron ko band karke tatha man ko hriday men aur pranvayu ko sir par kendrit karke manushya apne ko yog men sthapit karta hai. gita samast yog paddhatiyon men se bhakti yog ki hi sanstuti karta hai.
samanyatya bhakti yogi panch prakar ki bhakti men lage rahte hain:
1. shant bhakt - jo udasin rahakar bhakti men yukt hote hain.
2. dasya bhakt - jo das ke rup men bhakti men yukt hote hain.
3. sakhya bhakta: jo sakha ke rup men bhakti men yukt hote hain.
4. vatsalya bhakta: jo mata-pita ki bhanti bhakti men yukt hote hain.
5. madhurya bhakta: jo parmeshvar ke sath danpatya premi ki bhanti bhakti men yukt rahte hain.
shuddh bhakt inmen se kisi men bhi parmeshvar ki bhakti men yukt hota hai aur unhen kabhi nahin bhulta, usi prakar bhagvan bhi apne shuddh bhakt ko kabhi nahin bhulte athva svatah hi prapt ho jate hain. mamupetya punarjanm duahkhalymshashvatam. napnuvanti mahatmanah sansiddhi n parmangtaah.. mujhe prapt karke jo mahapurush bhakt yogi hain kabhi bhi duahkhon se purn is jagat men nahin lautte atah unhen param siddhi prapt ho jati hai tatha ve janm janmon ke bandhanon se mukt ho jate hain. bhav yah hai ki yah nashvar jagat janm, jara, mrityu ke klesh se purn hai atah jo param siddhi prapt karta hai vah is prakar ke bandhnon vyavdhanon ko katakar param siddhi ko prapt kar leta hai.
