sanskar sthayi chihn hai. inhen do bhagon men vibhakt kiya gaya hai- sukshm aur sthul. sukshm sanskar jiv ke sukshm sharir men hote hain. sthul sanskar sthul sharir men hi karatalagat hote hain. sthulatar sanskar ke pratik sharir ke nav dvar (do netra do kan, do nasa chidra, mukh, malmutra visarjan dvar) hain. bina sthul ke sukshm ko janna sahaj nahin hai. karatal ke sthul sanskaron ka mul sukshm sharir men samashrit hota hai. sukshm sanskaron se hi jiv ke kriya-kalapon ka nidarshan hota hai. karatal ki banavt-vistar evan bharipn-halkapan ke atirikt usmen sanchit rekhayen, chihnadi sukshm sanskaron ki abhivyakti hain. karatalagat rekha-jal jiv ke adyant jivan ka bhavya manchitra hain.

jaise bhavan nirman ke purva uska ek manchitra taiyar kiya jata hai aur usi ke anusar bhavan banta hai, vaise hi jiv ke jivan kshetra men padarpan karne ke purva uska manchitra - bhagya, uski hatheli men sthayitva ko prapt kar leta hai. jiv ka jivan is rekhachitra ka pratifal hai. 'hani labh jivan maran jasu apjsu vidhi hath' ke anusar sab kuch vidhata ke hath (adhikar) men hai. ye niyam hatheli men rekhakar rup men dikhte hain. hatheli men vishva pratishthit hai. sanskar ko vahan karne vala jiv hai. sanskar ko banane, sanvarne, poshan evan nash karne vala karm hai. jiv ka karm se abhinn sanbandh hai. jiv, karm aur sanskar paraspar sanbaddh hain. sthul sharir se karm hota hai. sukshm sharir men sanskar hote hain. karan sharir men jiv rahta hai. jiv kartta hone se sukh dukh ka bhokta hai.

jiv jab ek sharir ko chorakar dusre sharir men jata hai- mrityu ke bad janmagrahan karta hai to uske purva sharir ke sanskar uske naye sharir men sthanantrit ho jate hai. jaise kirayedar apne purane kiraye ke avas ko chorakar dusre makan men jata hai to vah pahle vale ghar ke sabhi saman apne sath lekar naye bhavan men pravesh karta hai. jab jiv ek sharir ko chorakar dusre sharir (yoni) men jata hai to uska sab saman (karma-sanskar) uske sath hi hota hai. nana yoniyon ko grahan karta hua jiv sanskaron ki gathri sir par rakhe hue rahta hai. atah sanskaron ko susanskrit karne ke lie karm ka vishesh mahattva hai.

in karmon ki ruprekha garbh se hi praranbh ho jati hai, jaise - bhakt prahlad, vir abhimanyu adi. in karmon ki ruprekha men parivesh, prakriti, acharya guru, mata-pita, suhrid bandhav, sanbandhi janon ka vishesh yogdan rahta hai. sanskaron ka praranbh abhyas se hi hota hai. sanskar dalna parta hai jaise -devarshi narad ji ne bhakt prahlad, dhruv,haryashva, shavlashva adi ke jivan men dala. doshon ka parishodhan prayas purvak hi hota hai. ye sanskar jitni choti ayu men ya jitne jaldi kie ja saken, utne hi safal hote hain. sanskaron ka karya evan uddeshya gunon ka adhikatam vikas karna hai. ismen mata-pita sarvopri hai. unhen apne bachchon ko sanskarit karne ke lie nimn baton ka vishesh dhyan dena chahie.

1. baron ka acharan anukrniya ho.

2. dainikjivan niyamit v maryadit ho.

3. vyavhar men sadgunon ka samavesh ho, sirf bhautik sukh-suvidha nahin balki bachchon ko chahie-prem, sneh, vishvas, sakaratmak bhavna, sanrakshatmak vatavaran atmiyata, apanatva adi.

4 bachchon se adhik apeksha n karen, balki unhen age barhne ke lie, achcha karne ke lie protsahan dete rahen.

5 bachchon ke sath parivarik charchaen karen. din men ekatra hokar sabhi sadasya ek dusre se sauhard se yukt vartalap karen, apni kahen dusre ki sunen.

6. parivarik karyakram shadi-vivah, janmadin adi manane men bhartiya paddhati ko protsahan den.

7. ghar men dada-dadi evan nana-nani kahavton, kahaniyon tatha sansmaranon ke madhyam se saflta ke kai aise sutra sikha dete hain, jo pustakon men nahin hote.

1. pratikul prabhavon ki parismapti

2. abhilshit prabhavon ka akrisht karna.

3. shakti, samriddhi vriddhi adi ki prapti

4. jivan men hone vale sukh-dukh ki ichchaon ko vyakt karna.

5. garbh tatha bijsanbandhi doshon ko dur karna.

6. dharmik visheshadhikar prapt karna.

7. purusharth chatushtay (dharma-artha-kam-moksha) ki prapti. acharya shankh ke anusar sanskaron se sanskrit tatha asht gunon se yukt vyakti brahmalok pahunchakar brahmapad ko prapt karta hai aur fir vah kabhi chyut nahin hota.

8. charitrik vikas.

(10) samast sharirik kriyaon ko adhyatmik lakshya se paripurit karana.
