kriya 2: jab yah kriya panch das bar kar chuken, tab sans bharte hue aisi bhavna karni chahiye ki rakt sanchar ke sath hi sath mera suryachakra sthit pran-pravah rogpirit sthan ki or daur raha hai. sans ko andar roke-roke fir bhavna dvara pran ko pirit ang ki or pravahit hone ka manas chitra khinchen. aisa tab tak karte rahen, jab tak ap sans ko asani se rok sakte hon.

kriya 3: tatpashchat dhire-dhire shvans ko bahar nikalen aur ise vishvas ke sath bhavna karen ki sab dosh, vikar aur sujan ya dard bhap banakar ure ja rahe hain. sans ko bahar hi rokakar punah man hi man kahen ki pran-shakti pakar mera vah ang svasth aur sabal ho gaya hai. is kriya ko pandrah minat se adha ghanta tak karna chahie.

1. pira-shaman ke is upchar ke samay dukhit ang ko apne hi hathon ka mridu sparsh dekar pran-vidyut ke pravah ko drut karne men bari madad milti hai. bhavna sabal hoti hai kyonki sparsh se rakt aur pran us or daurte hue pratyaksh dekhe jate hain. 

2. yah dhyan rahe yadi sir men ya udhrvagon men pira ho to pran sanchar ko niche ki or hi prerit kiya jaye kyonki udhrvangon men rakt dabav barhne se hi pran-pira hoti hai. aisi dasha men yadi rakt ke bahav ka dhyan mastishk ki or karenge to rakt dabav barh jayega. aise men labh ke bajay hani ki sanbhavna hai. 

3. pirit pradesh par anguliyon ko morakar man hi man atma dvara kahen ‘nikal jao’ ‘vikar bhag’ ‘tanav bhag’ ‘dard -bhag’ aisa kahte hue marjan bhi kiya ja sakta hai. yah kriya usi dhang se karni chahiye jis prakar tamasha dikhane vale kisi madhyam ko behosh (sammohit) karne ke lie karte hain. 

4. yah bhi satya siddh hai ki anguliyon ke siron se chunbkiya kirnen (jinhen adhyatm shastra men pran kahte hain) barabar niklti hain. atah marjan ke dvara vidyut-pravah vikrit ang par dalne se prakritik rognivarini shakti ko bal milta hai aur rog ke shaman karya men teji ati hai. pranayam ke prayog se vividh rogon ko nasht kiya ja sakta hai.

dhire-dhire prayatn karna chahiye ki apki sans kahan ruke, aur vah shvansropan lagabhag 6 minat se ath minat tak ho. jab ap chah ya isse jyada minat tak shvans sthapit karne men safal ho jaen to shvans skhalit nahin hoga. tabhi apko age barhne ka prayas karna chahiye.
