medorog ke upchar:
1. kam se kam 3 se 4 sal purane chaval, hare mung, kulthi, uddal (jangal men bina bij boe hi utpann hone vale kodon), kodrav (kodon) in panch dravyon ko bhojan ke rup men lagatar 1 se 2 varsh tak karte rahna chahie. lekhanavasti-niruhanavasti ka prayog ek mah men kam se kam 2 bar avashya karna chahie.
2. parishram, chinta, maithun, 3 se 4 ghante pratidin ghumna, tirth sthanon ki paidal yatra karna, shahad ka sevan, jagaran in chah baton ko prayah adhik sevan karne se medasvi vyakti svatah dhire-dhire krishkay hota jata hai. hathi, ghora ityadi ki savari karne se bhi sthulta dur hoti hai. jau, sanva ko bhojan men adhik matra men sevan karte rahne se bhi medasvita dur hoti hai.
3. pratidin lagatar kuch mas ya kuch varshon tak pratahkal shahad ka sharbat pine se bhi sthaulya rog nasht hota hai.
4. chavya, safed jira, saunth, kali mirch, pipar, hing, kala namak tatha chitrak in sabhi ko saman matra men lekar churn bana len. 4 masha se 1 tola ki matra men churn ko jau ke sattu men dahi ke tor ke sath gholakar pratidin lete rahne se bhi medasvita nasht hoti hai.

6. tailaparni, tagar, agar, samgandhak, safed chandan in dravyon ko saman matra men lekar mahin churn ko sharir par malne se ya is churn ko pani men ubalakar fir chanakar snan karne se rog samapt hota hai. in dravyon ka tail nirman vidhi se tail banakar sharir ki malish bhi ki ja sakti hai.
7. arse ke patton ke ras men shankh pishti ka barik churn milakar ya bilva ke patron ka putpak vidhi se ras nikalakar usmen shankhpishti milakar malish karne se rog samapt hota hai.
8. harar, loth chal, nim ke patton, am ki chal, anar ki chal in panch dravyon ko saman matra men lekar churn banakar besan tatha tel men milakar ubatan ke rup men prayog karen ya kak jangha ke panchang ka kvath banakar uska tailpak vidhi se tail banakar malish karne se (jinko keval aram karte rahne ke parinamasvarup motapa a gaya hai) nasht hota hai.
9. saunth, kali mirch, pipar, chitrak, motha, harar behra, anvla, vaybidang ko saman matra men lekar churn bana len. in dravyon ke barabar gugal lekar mila len tatha 1-1 gram ki goliyan bana len. pratidin 1 goli pratah 1 goli sham ko sevan karen aur anupan men ushnodak lete rahne se medasvita, kaf sanbandhi vyadhi evan gathiya rog nasht hote hain.
10. 125 gram pani ubal kar gunguna karen. usmen kagji nibu ka ras, 15 gram tatha 15 gram shahad milakar pratah khali pet nirantar 2 se 4 mah tak sevan karen. sath hi yogasan ya kasarat kriyaen bhi karen. bhojan halka aur din men ek bar karen. chokar ki roti khana labhdayak hai. bhojan ke sath jal n len. bhojan ke 1 ghante bad jal pien. chay, kaefi, charbi barhane vale padarth yathasanbhav kam kar den ya donon samay bhojan ke bad ublta hua garm pani lekar chay ki bhanti chote-chote ghunt se dhire-dhire pien. do mah tak sevan karen.
11. ek masha kalaunji chah mashe shahad men milakar pis len. ise pratah, madhyahn v sayankal chatne se motapa kam hoga.
