chaya grah ketu param punyadayi aur moksh karak hai. jis grah ke sath ketu baithta hai usi ke anusar karya karta hai. samanyatah yah mangal ke saman karya karta hai. ketu ki achchi sthiti ke bina moksh prapti sanbhav nahin hai. karkansh kundli se rajyog: jis prakar lagnesh v panchmesh ke sanbandh se rajyog dekha jata hai, usi prakar atmakarak aur putra karak se rajyog dekhna chahie.

ketu vedant darshan, mahan tapasya, vairagya, brahmagyan adi shaktiyon ke utthan ka pratik hai. ‘ketau kaivalyam’ maharshi jaimini ne ketu ko moksh ka sthir karak mana hai. yadi ketu karkansh lagn se dvadvash bhav men sthit ho to manushya ko moksh prapt ho jata hai.
dhanu rashi ka ketu vishesh mokshaprad:
û maharshi jaimini ke anusar karkansh lagn se dvadash bhav men min ya kark rashi men ketu ho to vishesh mokshaprad yog hota hai.

ki surya ki rashmiyan mrityulok v suryalok donon jagah gaman karti hai. ve surya mandal se niklti hui sharir ki nariyon men vyapt ho rahi hai tatha nariyon se niklti hui surya men faili hui hain. jab tak sharir rahta hai tab tak har jagah aur har samay surya rashmiyan sharir ki nariyon men vyapt rahti hain. at brahmaveÿaa gyani purush ka kisi bhi samay (din-rat, shukla-krishn paksh, uÿarayan ya dakshinayn) men nidhan hone par, sukshm sharir sahit jivatma ka, nariyon dvara tatkal surya ki rashmiyon se sanbandh hota hai. surya ki rashmiyan use surya marg (devyan marga) brahmalok men le jati hain. aisa brahm vidya v tatva gyan ke prabhav se hota hai. jo brahmavidya ke rahasya ko jante hain tatha van men rahakar shraddhapurvak satya ki upasna karte hain,
