niahsankoch bolne ka ayurvedik mahatva hai. gane ka gale se sanbandh hone ke karan gale ki puri kasarat ho jati hai; parinamasvarup kaf dab jata hai. abir gulab ke gale men jane se fefde tatha gale men ruki kaf saf ho jati hai.
