jal - rang kala tatha nila, disha uttar jal tatva samajik kriyaklapon, dur sanchar tatha bauddhikta ko darshata hai. yah antahprerna se yukt tatha sanvednshil hota hai. iska srijan karne vale vyakti adhyatmikta tatha adhyayan men ruchi rakhte hain. jal tatva antrikta, kala aur khubsurti ka bhi pratik hai. jal purush kutnitik aur apne prabhav se kam nikalne vale, dusron ki manodsha ke prati sanvednshil hote hain. ve jokhim uthate hain aur labhkari samjhaute karte hain. jal ka srijan karne vale purush lachile aur vishvasyogya hote hain.

sharir ka failna, sikurna, sans lena vayu ke hisse hain. krodh, bhavnaen, sparsh adi sanvednaen akash ke bhag hain. vastu men akash tatva sfurti hai, vayu tatva sanveg hai, agni tatva path pradarshak hai, jal tatva shram hai aur prithvi tatva prasannata grahan karne vala tatva hai. atah achche svasthya, man ki shanti evan drirh ichcha shakti ke lie bhavan nirman men panch tatvon ka samavesh uchit anupat men, vastu niyamanusar kiya jana chahie. ghar ke andar upyog men lane ke lie ’pani’ ki tanki, tyubvel, kuen ityadi nirmit karte hain. bhojan pakane ke lie ’agni’ ka upyog karte hain.

ghar ki chardivari khari kar ke ek kshetra, (spes) ka nirman karte hain, jise ’akash’ kahte hain. ’akash’ kshetra ko purn bharne ke lie ’vayu hoti hai. ghar ke andar khirki-darvaje lagaye jate hain, taki vayu ko sanchalit kar upyog men laya ja sake. kahne ka tatparya yah hai ki charon taraf ke vatavaran men in panch tatvon ka samavesh uchit anupat men hoga, to bhautik sharir par iska anukul prabhav parega. sahi anupat men sharir urjaen grahan karega.
