hain jo bodhgya ko kendra manakar rajgrih, gaya, patna, nalanda v pavapuri ka darshan karne jate hain. paryatan ke drishtikon se bodhgya ki vishesh mahatta hai tabhi to ise bihar ke sarvapramukh paryatan kendra ke rup men pratishtha prapt hai. astu ! chatushya pradhan bauddh tirth yatha 'janm sthal lumbini, 'gyan prapti sthal bodhgya', 'pratham pravachan sthal sarnath' aur nirvan sthal kushinara men, bodhgya adi anadi kal se samriddh raha hai. yahi karan hai ki bodhgya ko ''bauddhon ka prantirtha'' kaha jata hai jiske darshan - naman ki abhilasha harek ke jivan men sarvochch jivant rahti hai aur jahan tak bihar bhraman ka saval hai. kaha gaya hai ki bihar ghumne men agar bodhgya nahin gae to samjhen ki apki yatra purn nahin hui. sachmen bodhgya buddhi, gyan aur vidya ki bhumi hai tabhi to chini yatri havensang ne ise 'sansar ka nami kshetra' kaha hai.
