sansar men ek matra satya sanatan bhartiya hindu sanskriti hi aisi hai jismen mantraradhna tatha prarthana ke dvara jivan ki samast samasyaon ko santvana milti hai. yahan tak ki janm janmantar ke doshon ka samadhan bhi mantraradhna dvara kiya ja sakta hai. mantron ke dvara hi dukh daridya rog shatrubhay se lekar visham se visham samasyaon ka samadhan mantraradhna se kiya ja sakta hai. arthat dharma-artha-kam-moksh chaturvidh purusharth mantra sadhna se prapt kiya jata raha hai. hamare prachin rishi muniyon ne sadhna dvara hi brahmamand vinayak jagniyanta param pita parmatma ka sakshatkar karke sansar ko samriddhishali banane ke liye bed vedang tatha anek shastron ki mahti sanrchna ki hai. unhonne kisi yantrik kriya se akhil brahmand ki sanrchna ko ujagar nahin kiya. brahmand se samast rahasya unhonne sadhna aradhna tatha mantra shakti ke bal par hi atmanubhuti dvara sahaj sanbhavya kar diya hai. prakriti ki divyata men hi parmatm ke virat svarup ke darshan unhonne kiye hain. prakriti ki anukanpa tatha prakop ko shant karne ke liye mantraradhna unki sahaj prakriya thi.
yahan tak ki bhasha ke svar aur vyanjan ka ek-ek akshar mantra ka kam karta hai fir mantron ki mahima to mahan hai. srishti ke shubharanbh se hi hamare mantradrashta manishiyon ne samyanusar pure samvatsar men utsavon ki paranpra men mantron tatha sadhna ka labh svabhavik rup men prapt karne ki riti rivaj prasthapit karke manav matra ka upkar kar diya hai. jaise basantik tatha shardiya navratra ke samay shakti ki sadhna karke janakalyankari anivaryata hamare jan-jan ki bhavna men samaya hai. chartumas men sansar ka kalyan karne vale sadashiv ki aradhna prarthana sadhna karke ham labhanvit hokar jivnotkarsh prapt karte hain. arthik prabhav ka samadhan karne ke liye ham jagmata man mahalakshmi ki puja-aradhna karte hain. shrisuktadi shreshth stotron ka pathn-pathan karte hain. isi prakar jatak ke janmangon men ai jatil samasyaon ke samadhan ke liye grahdason ko dur karne ke liye grahon ke mantron ka jap sadhna dan upay adi kiya jata hai.
shiv-shakti ki upasna men sanpurn rudrashtadhyayi tathya durga saptashati, samast samasyaon ke samadhan ke liye saksham hai. avashyaktanusar mantron ka chayan karke unke savatnakshiya mantra jap se sadhak ichcha labh uthate rahte hain. mantra mahoddhi ki mahima anant hai. ham unhin katipay mantron ka vivaran vishvas purvak de rahe hain. jinke dvara char dashak se ham janakalyan ki bhavna se pirit janon ko labhanvit kiya jata raha hai. mantra sadhna men shraddha vishvas tatha niyam purvak rahakar samarpan bhavna se sadhan karna parmavashyak hai. ‘‘pahla sukh nirogi kaya.’’ ke siddhant ko mante huye svasthya ki suraksha sarva pratham hai.
svasthya labh ke liye mahamrityunjay tatha mrit sanjivni ka prayog karna chahiye, mahamrityunjay ke bhi kai uchcharan samput bhed rishi-muniyon dvara mane gaye hain jaise ‘‘¬ haun ¬ jun sah bhurbhuvah svah trayambakan yaja mahe sugandhimpushtivardhanam. urvarukmiv bandhananmrityo rmukshiya ma{mritat.. ¬ bhurbhuvah svah jun sah hraun ¬ ..’’ samanyatya rudrashtadhyayi men mul mantra ke shlok ko isak prakar samputit kiya jata hai. ‘‘¬ haun jun sah ¬ bhurvuvah svah trayambakan yaja mahe sugandhimpushtivardhanam. urvarukmiv bandhananmrityo rmukshiya ma{mritat.. svah bhuvah bhuah ¬ sah jun hau ¬ .. shlok ke sath samput ki visheshta hi mahamantra hai. keval mul mantra men ‘‘¬ haun jun sah .’’ ka adhikadhik jap kiya jata hai to achche parinam samne ate hain. mrit sanjivini mantra ke liye apne svayan ke liye nimn prayog kiya jata hai. ‘‘¬ namo bhagvti mrit sanjivini ‘mam’ rog shanti kuru kuru svaha.’’ dusron ke liye rogi vyakti ka gotra nam uchcharan pratyek mantra ke sath kiya jana chahiye. mantron ke sath avashyaktanusar mrityunjay stotron ka path anushthanon ko vishesh bal pradan karne vala hota hai. ismen anubhvi vidvanon dvara prerit nirdisht hokar hi prayog karna chahiye. bina vidhi ke parichay vina prayog pratikul faldayi bhi ho jate hain. ‘‘duja sukh ghar men ho maya.’’ ke anusar ghar men sukh-samriddhi ke liye stotra-mantra sadhna nirantar karni chahiye. prabhavon se bachne ke liye samriddhi ki devta mahalakshmi ki upasna karni chahiye.
arthik sanpannata ke liye bhi sukt, kankdhara mahalakshmi stotra, shri gopal sahasranam stotra, lalitamba, tripursundri adi stotron ka nitya naimityik gharon tatha pratishthanon men kiya jana hi chahiye. visheshtah rinaharan ganesh stotra tatha mantra jap rin vimukti ka vardan deta rahta hai. keval mantra ka purashcharan bhi paryapt hota hai. mantra: ¬ gaun ganeshan )n chindi varenyan hun namah fat.’’ ka vidhivat sava lakh jap ke sath ghar men havan karen. pratishthan men havan nahin karna chahiye. ‘‘tija sukh vaithan ko chaya.’’ ke anusar bhi hanuman bhagvan ki upasna, mangalastotra ka path jap hitakar hota hai. shri hanuman ji ki upasna men shri hanuman chalisa ke sava lakh path tatha shri vajrang vandna evan vajrang vinay stotron ka sahara lena chahiye. prati manglvar ko vrat karen athva vandaron ko kele-chane athva namkin vastu khilani chahiye. shri valmiki ramayan ka shri hanumad udghosh jap karna chahiye.
shri hanuman ashtak bhi sarva vighnon ke shaman ke liye upyogi hai. chaitha sukh suyog santati ka mana gaya hai. iske liye bhagvan shri krishn ke bal svarup ki aradhna karni chahiye. santan gopal mantra tatha stotra ke sath shri harivanshmhapuran ka kisi siddh vakta se karna chahiye. santan prapti ke liye. ‘‘devki sut govind vasudev jagatpate. dehi me tanyan krishnan tamhan sharnangtah..’’ ka mantra jap sarvopyogi hai. santan ki utpatti paitrik rin se urin karti hai. iske atirikt jivan men anek prabhav tatha samasyaen utpann ho jati hain. janmangon, mahadshaon ke dushprabhavon ke karan vyakti hatash hokar tilmila jata hai. rajyakaryon men asflta ki sthiti men rajya men vijyarth mahamantron ka sahara lena parta hai. hamare shastron men sabhi mahakashton ke upay tatha mantra upasthit hai. jivan men bahut si samasyayen aisi a jati hain jinko suljhana kathin ho jata hai.
unke liye antatah mantra shakti ka sahara lena parta hai. jaise vivah vilanb, rajya karyon men saflta, khel ke maidan men vijay, rojgar men bandhan ke karan kafi asflta, shatrubadha, grih kalah adi men shanti samadhan. in sabhi ke liye vibhinn mantron stotron tatha upayon ka sahara liye bina saflta nahin milti hai. atah unke liye anubhvi sajjanon ka nirdeshan avashyak hai. pustakon ka paramarsh hi paryapt nahin hota. kabhi-kabhi mantron ka viprit prabhav ho jata hai atah vidhi visheshagyata avashya samjhni avashyak hai. sanskrit ke atirikt hamare shabar mantra bare mutpte hote hain aur tatkal vritt fal dete hain. shri ram charit manas ki sabhi chaipaiyon ko shabar mantra manna chahiye. sakal jan sadharan apne atke kamon ki saflta ke liye shri ram charit manas ka akhand path karte karate hain. unhen apne uddeshya ki sahaj saflta prapt ho jati hai. avashyaktanusar chaipaiyon ka svatantra jap karne se uddeshya safal ho jate hain. hamare manishi rishiyon dvara pradatt anant sahitya samriddhi hamare pas hai.
usko samajhakar tatha avashyaktanusar sudhar karke hamare jyotish karyalay men sadachari vidvanon dvara ham anek prayog karte, karvate hain jinmen hamen ashatit saflta prapt hui hai. dash vidvanon ki sadhna ke atirikt kalasarp ke safal prayogon ka hamare yahan prayog hota rahta hai. hamare sabhi prayog satya sanatan shastranusar satvik saral sadachrit aur siddhidayak hote hain. yahi hamari satya saiddhantik saragarbhit safal siddhi nishtha hai. mantron men hamara purn vishvas hai.
