sammohan vidya ko hasil karne ke lie pratham sirhi hai tratak ka abhyas. yahi vah sadhna hai jiska nirantar abhyas karne se apki ankhon men adbhut chunbkiya shakti jagrat hone lagti hai aur yahi chunbkiya shakti dusre prani ko sammohit karke apni or akarshit karti hai.

pratibinb tratak ki sadhna ke parinamasvarup sadhak ki ankhen ojasvi aur tejamay ho jati hain. uski ankhon men ek vishesh prakar ki aisi chamak utpann ho jati ho ki jo bhi shakhs ek bar un ankhon men jhank le to vah turant uske vash men ho jayega. sadhak ke lie fir koi bhi karya asanbhav nahin rah jata hai. is sadhna ke pashchat sadhak manushya to kya pashu-pakshi tak ko bhi suvidhapurvak sammohit kar sakta hai. yahan tak ki jar athva nirjiv padarthon ko bhi sammohit kar pane men sanksham ho jata hai.
