shabd bahut chota hai svapn. bhautik aur jagat ke adhyatm ka samanvay hi svapn hai. bhautik arthat jo kuch ankhon se dikh raha hai, indriyan jise anubhav kar rahi hain aur dusra adhyatmik arthat jo hamen khuli ankhon aur sparsh se nahin anubhut ho raha. ye donon avasthaen jivan ke do pahlu hain. donon satya hai. ek bar ek lakrhara rat men sote samay sapne dekhne laga ki vah bahut amir ho gaya hai. nind khulne par bahut prasann hua. uski patni rukha sukha bhojan dene ai to vah bola ki ab ham amir hain, aisa khana nahin khata hun. patni samajh gai ki uska pati koi nikrisht svapn dekh kar jaga hai. sham tak usne use kuch nahin diya jab lakrhara bhukh se vyakul hua to use sapne ke satya-asatya ka gyan hua aur punah vah apni vastavik sthiti par laut aya. ab prashn yah uthta hai ki svapn, satya-asatya kaise hai? kuch kshan ke lie satya ka bhan karata hai bad men asatya ho jata hai, kabhi satya ho jata hai. rishi, maharshi, acharyon ne is bhumi par rah kar sansar ko asatya arthat svapnil kaha hai, svapn ke saman. grihasth bhi samaj desh men rah kar apna sthan matra smarak, foto frem tak simit man len, to yah adhyatmik satya hai.

ishvar ko dekha nahin gaya hai, lekin vishva ka har desh, samaj, sanpraday kisi n kisi rup men ise svikarta hai. atah yah purn satya hai. jagat ka satya arthat svapnil sansar se sapnon ka arth nikalne men ise ‘bhram’ kaha ja sakta hai. ‘bhram’ is arth men ki abhi is par bahut kuch adhunik vigyan se pane ki sanbhavna banti hai. har manushya ki do avasthaen hoti hain, pahla jagrat ya anindrit, dusri purn nindra men arthat sushupt. ismen punah do bar sandhi kal ata hai pahla jab sone jate hain -purn nindra men jane se pahle aur dusra, sokar uthne se kuch kal pahle ka samay hota hai. jagrat aur purn nidravastha ke bich ke samay prayah svapn ate hain. ek vichar se nind men dikhne vala sab kuch asatya hota hai, to dusri vichardhara men svapn, purva ka ghatit satya hota hai. age is par vichar karenge ki prayah dikhne vale svapnon ke kya karan ho sakte hain ? bhautik sharir nahin rahne par, man buddhi aur mastishk ke vicharon ka, kya shav ke sath dahn-dafan ho jata hai? kadapi kisi bhi urja ka kshay nahin hota, rupantaran hota hai. yah sarvasatya tatha vaigyanik, manishiyon ki vivechna hai. janma-janmantar men ye sanskarik rup men ate hain.

vaise sushupt avastha men, man buddhi aur mastishk ka gyan bhandarpurn sushupt nahin hota. nidra devi arthat nind kaise ati hai aur kahan chali jati hai. ise kaun niyantrit karta hai ? vah ‘man’ hai. shant bhav se sochte hain ki sona hai aur dhire dhire so jate hain. agar man men yah bat baithi hai ki pratahkal amuk samay uthna hai to nind gayab bhi, samay par ho jati hai. jaise band mobail, kanpyutar jab bhi chalu karenge, vah samay thik hi bataega. arthat usmen kuch band avastha men bhi chal raha hai. manav sharir ek vilakshan yantra hai ismen vaidik gyan se lekar akalpaniya karya kshamata ka samavesh hai. bhagvan ki is rachna ke lie shrigita ka ek shlok hai - n hi kashchitkshanamapi jatu tishthatyakarmakrit. karyate hyavshah karm sarvah prakritijairgunaiah.. shrigita ke is shlok ka yah bhav hai ki sushupt avastha men bhi man dvara mastishk ke sanchit gyan bhandar se kuch n kuch karya hota rahta hai. sushupt avastha men bhi kshan matra ko koi bhi prakritik gun-dharm se alag nahin hota. pratham prakriti hi ishvar hai. vah sada sath rahta hai, manav sharir se shirsh par, arthat sabse upar jo hamara mastishk hai. dimag ki thori si chuk use pragti se durgati tak pahuncha deti hai.

mastishk ka sanchalak ‘man’ hai, hamari soch hai. kalyankari soch achche sapnon ko janm deti hai, nikrisht soch sada bure sapnon ko sanjota hai. manovaigyanik bhi yahi kahte hain ki svapn man ki upaj hai. manushya mastishk men asankhya tantuon ka jal ya sangrahalay hai. jagrit avastha men man se use sanchalan karte hain fir bhi bahut se mastishk rupi kanpyutar kholne aur band karne men din bhar ki badhaen ati rahti hanai. mastishk ki vyavastha jab vidhivat band nahin hoti to dimag bojhil hokar nindra men, karya karne par svapnon ka nirman karta hai. jab jagte hain to unka apusht svarup dhyan ata hai, fir vichar karte hain ki yah shubh fal dega ya ashubh. svapn ka arth hamesha nirarthak nahin hota, kyonki purvajanm ki manodsha aur gyan sanskar punah age ke janmon men parilakshit hote hain. bahya chetna janya bodh, vartaman chetna ke bodh ko bhale hi asvikar kare, lekin sachcha gyan evan ghatit karya kalap antratma men nihit hote hain. man se mastishk ke gyan ka uday, diva ya ratri svapn hote hain. bar-bar ek hi tarah ke svapn ko dekhne vale kai log ek hi prakar ki upalabdhi pate hain to svapn vicharak manishi ise talika ke rup men prastut karte hain.

bahut hi prachin kal se yah dharna chali a rahi hai aur prayah yah satya ke karib hai. svarn, abhushan, ratn adi ki prapti ka svapn, ane vale samay men iska kshay darshate hain. vaise hi mal mutra aur ashuddhiyon se yukt vatavaran ke sapne se samman pana tatha shubh vatavaran men samay vyatit hona likha hai. lekin mare hue pashu aur sukhe tal ka drishya iska viprit bodh nahin karata, balki ane vale samay men vibhishika ko darshata hai. svapn men surya, chandra, mandir aur bhagvan svarupon ke darshan ati shubh likhe gae hain. aisi talikaen prayah panchangon men vidvan jyotishacharyon ne de rakhi hain. jyotishiya vivechna men chandra ko man ka karak kaha gaya hai. atah man hi sapnon ka janak kaha ja sakta hai. jis jatak ke lagn men kamjor grah, dushit chandra ya drishtigat shatru grah hote hain, ve jatak asan ke kamjor mane jate hain. aise logon ko svapn jyada dikhte hain tatha najar dosh, dar, bhay ke jyada shikar hote hain. manovaigyanik bhi iske upchar men yathasadhya dimagi rog ka ilaj karte hain. jyotish sanbhavnaon aur purva suchnaon ka sanpurn vigyan hai.

diva svapn ho ya ratri svapn, daravne sapne hon ya nirarthak svapn, in sabon se chutkara pane ka ek mantra, jo prakhyat acharyon dvara pratipadit hai yahan diya ja raha hai - mangalam bhagvan vishnu mangalam garurodhvajah. mangalam pundarikaksh manglayastanohriah. ‘yah smaret pundirikakshan sah bahyabhyantarah shuchiah’.. bure sapnon ko dur karne hetu jatak ya uske mata pita ko shraddha se puja-path ke samay iska jap karna chahie. niyamit rup se ishta/guru ke sammukh is mantra ki prarthana ka prabhav dekha ja sakta hai. kuch hi dinon men bhay utpann karne vale evan nikrisht sapnon ka nishchit parimarjan hota dekha gaya hai. sath hi sath anevale samay men devi-devtaon ki akritiyon ka abhas hone lagta hai. ankhen band kar puja karne vale bhi devtaon ki akriti ka smaran karte hain, vaise hi svapnon men bhi inki akriti atishubh hai. jivan ke hote hue bhi mrityu satya hai, vaise hi jagat ke svapnil hote hue bhi svapn ka astitva hai, chahe ve is jivan ke hon ya janm janmantaran ke. antratma ka gyan ek murt satya hai, yah purn shraddha udit karti hai aur yahi iska adhar hai.
