- hira ko dharan karne ke lie purvasharha ya purvafalguni nakshatra sarvashreshth hota hai. us din shukravar hona chahie. ise pran-pratishthit karvakar hi dharan karna uchit hai. chikitsa men hiron ka prayog vibhinn chikitsa paddhatiyon men hiron ka prayog bhinna-bhinn tarah se kiya jata hai.
