hamara sharir prithvi, jal, tej, vayu aur akash in panch mahabhuton se nirmit hai. yatpinde tatbrahmande arthat jo pind men hai vahi brahmand men hai. jivan ka vigyan ayurved bhi sharir men panchbhuton ki upasthiti svikar karta hai. yah manushya ya sanpurn jiv matra ke svasthya sanrakshan v sanvardhan v rog nivaran ke lie krit sankalp hai. hitahitan sukhan duahkhmayustasya hitahitam. manan ch tachch yatroktamayurvedah s uchyate . arthat jis shastra men hitamay, ahitamay, sukhamay, dukhamay ayu tatha ayu ke lie hitakar aur ahitakar dravyagun, karm, ayu ka praman evan lakshan dvara varnan hota hai

uska nam ayurved hai.

1. jyotish v ayurved ki adharbhumi ek hai.

2. ayurved v jyotish men vyakti men panchbhuton, shad rason v tri dhatu ki sthiti mani gai hai.

3. jyotish shad rason ko grah vishesh ke sath sanbandhit karta hai aur grah bal ke adhar par vyakti men inka nyunadhikya svikar karta hai. ayurved shad rason ko tri dhatu arthat vat, pitt, kaf ke asantulan men aushdhi rup men prayukt karta hai.

4. jyotish tri dhatu arthat vat-pittadi ko suryadi grahon ka gun dharm manta hai.

5. jyotish men nidan ke rup men mantra, ratn, yantra v upasnaen varnit hain. jyotish ratn dharan v ayurved bhi ratn ka ratnaushdhi bhasm ya anya rup men prayog batata hai aur aushdhi nirman men mantra upasna ka bhi mahatva hai.

tab tak hi arogya rahta hai. in tinon ka nam dhatu bhi hai, arthat ye sharir ko dharan karte hain. parantu jab ye dushit ho jate hain tab rogon ko paida karte hain- us samay inhen dosh kaha jata hai. jyotish shastra nav grahon ko bhi vat, pitt, kaf karak ke adhar par vibhajit karta hai. surya ki pitt prakriti kahi hai. chandrama tridosh men vat aur kaf par vishesh adhikar rakhta hai.

mangal pitt pradhan hai. budh vat, pitt v kaf ka sammishran hai guru kaf prakriti vala hai. shukra vat aur kaf pradhan hai. shani vat par adhikar rakhta hai. sath hi yah bhi kaha gaya hai ki balvan grah se sanbandhit dhatu sharir men pusht hoti hai. nirbahan grah se dhatu nirbal ho rahti hai yatha kisi janm patrika men surya kamjor hone par pitt dosh, chandrama ki kshinta ya pirit hone se kaf v vat dosh, budh se tridosh, guru se kaf rog arthat grah se sanbandhit dhatu ki sharir men sthiti uske grah ki sthiti par nirbhar karti hai.

tridhatuon ki tarah hi shad rason ko bhi grahon ke adhin kaha gaya hai. surya ka ras katu, chandrama ka namkin, mangal ka tikha, budh ka mishrit, guru ka mitha, shukra ka khatta, shani ka kashay ras kaha hai. ayurved men varnit chah rason ka hi varnan yahan bhi hai. ayurved men aushdhi rup se ras doshon ko shanti karne vala kaha gaya hai.

kashay (kasaila), madhur, tatha tikt pitt ko shant karte hain. kashay katu v tikt, kaf ko shant karte hanai. jo is dosh ko shant nahin karta usko barhane vala hota hai jaise madhur, khatta v namkin vat ko shant karte hain jabki katu, tikt v kashay vat ko barhate hanai.

lagnejalakrshe shubh khechrendaira yukte tanauah stholya mudaharanti. lagnadhipe toykhge baladhye saumyanvite tattanupushtimanhuah.. arthat yadi lagn men jal rashi ho aur lagn men shubh grah baithe hon to sharir mota hota hai. yadi lagnesh jal rashi men ho, balvan ho, saumya grah ke sath ho, to sharir pusht hota hai. yadi lagnesh krur grah ke sath shashth, ashtam ya dvadash men ho, to sharir sukh ka nash karta hai. yadi lagnesh shashthesh ke sath chathe, athvane ya barhven bhav athva lagn men bhi ho, to jatak rogi hota hai. lagn v lagnesh ki sthiti ke atirikt kundli men athvan v tisra bhav ayu ka, dusra aur satvan marak sthan hai.

chathe aur 12ven bhav se rogadi ka gyan hota hai. sanbandhit bhavon ki sthiti v janm patrika men rashiyon v bhavon ke pap pirit hone par sanbandhit ang men rog ki sanbhavna prakat hoti hai. jyotish shastra rog nirnay ke lie vistrit adhar prastut karta hai. rashiyon v grahon ke ang vibhag ke adhar par chathe bhav ki sthiti ka mulyankan kiya jata hai. chathe bhav ya rog ki ghatnaon ka samay vishesh rup se chathe bhav adhipti, bhav par drishti dalne vale grah, chathe bhav men sthit grah, chathe bhav ke svami par drishti dalne vale grah, chathe bhav ke svami ke sath yuti karne vale grah, chandrama se shashthesh ki sthiti v chathe bhav ka karak adi par nirbhar karta hai. chathe bhav se sanbandhi ya uske svami ki dasha antardasha men rog ki sanbhavna hoti hai. lekin yah kis ang men hoga iski prakriti janm patrika ki sthiti par nirbhar karti hai.

janm v bhavadhipatya ke adhar par jo grah rog karak hai usi ke anusar rog ki sanbhavna banti hai. yatha surya rog karak ho to pitt, ushn jvar, sharir men jalan, apasmar, hriday rog, netra rog, nabhi se niche pradesh men ya kokh men bimari, charmarog, asthi surati kasht adi hote hain. yadi chandrama rog karak ho to nidra rog (kam ya adhik nind), alasya, kaf, atisar (sangrahni), pitak, shitajvar (thand ke karan jo bukhar ho) mandagni, aruchi, piliya, khun ki kharabi, chitt ki thakavat adi kasht hote hain.

mangal rog karak ho to trishna, pittajvar, agni bhay, kushth, netra rog, gulm, mirgi, majja rog, khujli adi kasht hote hain. budh rog dene vala ho to bhranti, vyarth chinta, bhay, durvachan bolna, netra rog, gale ka rog, nasika rog, vat, pitt kaf ke asantulan se utpann jvar, charm rog, piliya adi rog hote hain. brihaspati rog dene vala ho to gulm, pet ka fora, ganath adi, atane ka jvar, murcha, kaf dosh, kan ke rog adi kasht hote hain. shukra rog dene vala ho to rakt ki kami ke karan pilapan, kaf aur vayu ke dosh se netra rog, mutra rog, sharir ka sukhna adi kasht hote hain.

shani rog dene vala ho to kaf ke dvara utpann rog, pair men dard ya langrapan, atyadhik shram ke karan thakan, bhranti, sharir ke bhitar bahut ushnata adi kasht hote hain. rahu rog dene vala ho to hriday rog, hriday men tap, korh, durmati, bhranti, vish ke karan utpann bimari, pair men pira adi kasht hote hain. jyotish v ayurved men upchar prakriya men ratn prayog ka pravdhan hai. jyotish men ratn ko dharan karne ka vidhan hai aur ayurved men ratn bhasm v pishti ka prayog kiya jata hai. jyotish ratn ka prayog bhav svamitva ke adhar par hota hai.

hira ayu ko barhata hai, sharir men anek gunon ko utpann karta hai, vat-pitt aur kaf ki shanti karta hai, samagra rogon ka nash karta hai. hirak bhasm parad ke bandhan, maran aur uske gunon ko barhati hai, agni ko dipt karti hai. yah ek prakar ka amrit hi hai. nilam shvas, kas, tridosh, visham jvar aur arsh ko nasht karti hai tatha vrishya aur agnidipak hai. nilam ko dharan karne se pap bhi nasht hote hain.

gomed kaf, pitt, pandu tatha kshay ko nasht karti hai aur dipan, pachan, ruchivarddhak, buddhi prabodhak tatha charm hitakar hai. vaidurya mani raktapitt aur pitt ke mukhya rogon (amlapitta) ko shant karti hai. buddhi, ayu aur bal ko barhati hai, malavrodh ko nasht karti hai tatha pachkagni ko dipt karti hai. jyotishi vibhinn grah dhatuon ke nirbal v sabal hone v bhav svamitva ke adhar par ratn dharan ki salah dete hain. ta
