Objective : To Decimate the logical combinations contributing to Marriage Breakups and Denials due to Karaka affliction, 7th house, 8th house and their Lords and malefic aspects Background : Marriage is a great institution of humanity, where life takes an important step in taking a partner, adhering to values. Lot of efforts are done to ensure this marriage stays on for longer years in all aspects. Horoscope analysis is one of them to look at marriage yogas, matching, longevity etc. This article focuses on the specific conditions related to 7th / 8th house and their lords, placements, aspects etc analyzing some 25 charts. Whereas other elements like factors like progeny, hiddden illnesses, potency, finance may also cause and lead to marriage breakups are excluded in this article. These factors could also lead to break up in horoscopes that we have come across. Observations : We find that out of 25 cases taken for study, Karaka for marriage is afflicted, in 52% cases in Rashi chart, 56% in Navamsha chart and 44% in both the charts. We can understand that affliction to Karaka impacting the marriage breakups, denials is uptil 56% from the study done. Marriage Breakups are noted majorly due to impact on 7th house and 8th house due to malefic aspects / positioning of planets. It is stronger if under Rahu-Ketu axis. There are other factors that may lead to Marriage breakups are out of scope of this dissertation such as progeny, potency, finance, pyschological issues.
